Joseph Pilates himself has said:
"In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 you'll see the difference and in 30 you will have a new body"
This is so true! When we commit to regular movement, our bodies really can change. Small niggles and pains can be eased, energy levels can increase and your body shape and muscle definition can even change as well!
The COVID-19 restrictions and lockdown granted me the time and focus to get my content online! I am so grateful for this opportunity to share my love for Pilates with more people this way! I have created a library of videos to do at home that fit in with any schedule - some are just 10 minutes long! I also have 2 weekly live classes hosted through Zoom and it is so wonderful to actually connect with you and have a quick chat before and after the class!
**Please be reassured that you are not obliged to have your camera on. Also, it is only my screen that is included in the recordings**
Pilates really is a truly wonderful method to help you strengthen your whole body, improve your flexibility & mobility and increase your spinal health.
I welcome EVERYONE to my classes, including the complete beginner! I encourage you to reach out to me if you have any questions or need any help or adaptations for specific exercises. I am here to help!

On demand + LIVE classes
I have a huge selection of videos to choose from when you sign up to my membership -
Join me via ZOOM for 2 weekly LIVE sessions - one is a full hour and the other a shorter class of just 30 minutes.
TIMES - Monday 6.30-7.30pm & Wednesday 7.45-8.15pm
If you can't make the live sessions you will get access to all the recordings on my "Zoom Sessions" page of my member site. The recordings and videos never expire - they are yours to enjoy for as long as you are a member!
Membership will also give you access to the entire library of on demand videos. I have over 50 pre-recorded videos available, ranging from full classes of 50 minutes to shorter sessions of just 10 minutes and everything in between!
There is also a selection of gentle sessions and relaxation meditations for those days when you need some extra chill out time.
You get to enjoy all of this for just £15 a month!

Hi! I'm Emily and I am delighted you are here!
I have been working in the Fitness and Wellness industry since 2013 and I am so passionate about helping others find ways to improve their physical and emotional wellbeing.
Like so many, I have experienced my own emotional and physical struggles in life. It was my search for tools and methods to help me cope better that ultimately led me to become a qualified Pilates instructor, Meditation Teacher and, most recently, Hypnotherapist. I am also currently studying Psychotherapy and Counselling and absolutely LOVING the journey!
